Our approach
We work to make core shopping activities—including browsing products, understanding key information, using the cart, and completing checkout—usable with common assistive technologies. Because our store uses Shopify and may include third-party content or services, some components may be controlled by providers outside our direct control.

If you have difficulty accessing information or completing a purchase, email support@coolsupplyhub.us. Please describe the page or feature, the problem encountered, and the assistive technology or browser used if you are comfortable sharing it. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative and to address confirmed barriers.
Third-party content
Links, apps, payment services, and other third-party components may have separate accessibility practices. We encourage providers to offer accessible experiences but cannot control every external service.
