Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. High-volume periods, order verification, and made-to-order products can require additional time.
Rates and estimates
Available methods, charges, and estimates are shown at checkout. Standard domestic delivery typically takes an additional 3–8 business days after processing. Dates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier, weather, or service disruptions can cause delays.
Tracking
When available, tracking is sent after the carrier accepts the shipment and may take time to update.
Addresses
Verify the shipping address before ordering. Contact us immediately about errors; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.
Delivery problems
For a stalled, missing, marked-delivered, or damaged shipment, email support@coolsupplyhub.us with your order number. We will help investigate and provide remedies required by our policies or applicable law.
