These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from CoolSupplyHub, operated by DIA & GERONA VENTURES LLC, and supplement our Terms of Service and checkout terms.
Contract formation
Cart items are not reserved. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. A sales contract forms when we begin fulfillment or send shipment confirmation. We may cancel for legitimate reasons; collected amounts for canceled products will be refunded.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and applicable sales tax are shown at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment is subject to authorization and fraud screening.
Product information
We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, images, specifications, and inventory current. Screen and manufacturing differences can affect appearance. If a material error affects an order, we may request instructions or cancel and refund the affected item.
Delivery
Our Shipping Policy governs delivery. Title and risk of loss pass upon delivery to the address supplied at checkout, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Returns and warranties
Our Refund Policy governs returns and refunds. Any express product warranty will appear on the product page or with the product. Mandatory statutory warranties and consumer remedies remain unaffected.
Limits
We may impose reasonable quantity limits and decline orders associated with fraud or unauthorized commercial resale.
