These Terms govern use of CoolSupplyHub, operated by DIA & GERONA VENTURES LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our published Privacy, Refund, Shipping, and other applicable policies.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract. You are responsible for accurate information, account security, and activity under your credentials.
Products and orders
We try to display descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately, but reasonable errors or variations can occur. An order is an offer to purchase. We may reject, limit, or cancel for legitimate reasons such as fraud concerns, inventory or pricing errors, product restrictions, or inability to fulfill. Amounts collected for canceled items will be refunded.
Payment
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted at checkout. Shipping, tax, and other disclosed charges are added as shown before purchase.
Acceptable use
You may not violate law or others’ rights, commit fraud, transmit malicious code, interfere with store security or operation, impersonate another person, or use unauthorized automated access.
Intellectual property
Store content and branding are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You receive only a limited, revocable right to use the store for personal shopping.
Third parties
Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and linked services may apply separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
Colorado law and applicable U.S. federal law govern, without regard to conflict rules. Disputes may be brought in a competent Colorado court unless consumer law allows otherwise. Please contact us first so we can attempt an informal resolution.
Changes
We may revise these Terms prospectively by posting an updated version and date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
